Oh you better believe it! I'm based out of Vancouver, British Columbia, but love when my camera gets packed into a suitcase. I've previously shot weddings as far as Cabo San Lucas, Kansas, and even all the way to Australia. Inquire for travel packages. Travel costs are included in my local packages within a 1 hr drive from Vancouver, BC.

Nope.

I recommend vendors based on quality of work, combined with heart. Great people who will give you their best; talent birthed out of a genuine love for their craft.
WHAT IF WE'RE SUPER AWKWARD IN FRONT OF A CAMERA?
You're not alone! Most folks express this to me at the beginning of their session. This is why I offer a complimentary engagement session with all my wedding packages. It's a chance for you to get used to me, and find a rhythm in front of my camera!
I promise to get you moving and laughing, and maybe even make you forget that I'm there from time to time!
I'll be clear with what I need from you, and by the end, we'll be having a grand old time together!
Just know that you don't have to show up and be anything other than your honest self.
And if you're a bit nervous, I'm super ok with that! We'll work together, and create something beautiful.
WILL YOU PHOTOSHOP US?
I love the process of curating and editing each photo in your gallery for colour, style and creative impact, and I will happily edit out distracting blemishes or things that might normally not be a part of who you are. That being said, one of my deepest values in photographing people is to honestly represent them. My goal is that you feel beautiful and epic... as you. Not as some digitally enhanced version of you. In light of that, no, I won't be airbrushing or enhancing anything unnaturally. I genuinely believe you don't need that.

Love that you asked. Never underestimate the power of a good old iPhone.
That being said, experience is everything. When you select a photographer, more than investing in their eye, their gear, and the hours of time spent perfecting the editing process, you're investing in what they bring to your day, and the mood they carry with them into your moments.
These are the moments you show your kids, your grandkids, the boss at the job you don't have yet 10 years down the track. Believe me. Choosing to invest in someone who will pour their heart and soul into capturing your day is beyond worth it.
Your cousin is probably a really great guy, but with all due respect, even with the latest apple product, I doubt he's that invested...
HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?
Step one: Send me an inquiry through my site! This gets the conversation started, and lets me know a bit about you!
Step two: If I'm free on your date I'll send you my pricing guide, and from there, we can book a facetime/coffee date to chat more of your vision/details! (and also just get to know each other. that's important too..!)
Step three: All good to go from here? You let me know what package you're interested in, and I'll send you a contract for you to review. When I receive your non-refundable deposit of 25%, your date is officially locked in!
...I get that the pandemic life is crazy, and I'll do my best to work with you if the insanity of the world right now means you can't get married/have your shoot on the date laid out in the contract, but I can't make any formal promises, unfortunately.
WHAT IF WE NEED TO CHANGE OUR WEDDING DATE, AND THE DEPOSIT IS PAID?
The 25% deposit you put down is for the date you specify, and is non-refundable.
While my availability may tighten up as your day gets closer, if unforeseen circumstances force you to reschedule your day, I will do my best work with you to try to find another day that works for all of us! That being said, I can't guarantee anything beyond the date we previously locked in for.
HOW MANY HOURS DO I NEED A PHOTOGRAPHER FOR ON MY WEDDING DAY?

It depends!
I offer 6-12 hour packages, and will work with you as you craft the schedule of your day to include me for the elements that you'd like captured.
DAY'S ALL DONE, WHAT NOW?
WHEN CAN WE EXPECT TO SEE OUR IMAGES?
Don't worry, I know you're eager to see them ALL. You'll get your sneak peek within 24 hours, and after that, I promise a 10 week maximum turnaround for weddings, and a 3 week turnaround for all other sessions. In the days after our shoot, definitely check out my instagram for those extra sneaky sneak peeks... you better believe I'll be wanting to share them!
HOW CAN WE EXPECT TO RECEIVE OUR IMAGES?
You'll have an online gallery dropped hot into the email address of your choosing! From here, you can download high res files, make albums for sharing, and if you choose, you can buy all kinds of print books and cool stuff directly from the shop attached to your gallery. The sky's the limit, and the photos are all yours for years to come!
WHAT IF WE LOSE OUR PHOTOS? DO YOU HAVE BACKUPS?
Absolutely. I have hard drives on hard-drives, and a folder with your name on it for all eternity.
That being said, I highly urge you to download all the high res files immediately after receiving the gallery, and double back them up yourself. You just can't be too careful!
